Try below methods:
1. Check if the connection between the USB port and the charger is loose.
2. Check if your charger is in good shape and always use original charger.
3. Double check the USB charger port on your device.
4. Check the battery to see if it’s aging or bulging.
5. Check if the battery contacts are in good condition.
6. Check the resistance with a multimeter to confirm everything is working normally.
7. Check if the U2 IC chip is inveraciously soldered or damaged.

Problem solved in iPhone 6 and 6 plus some time changing U2 only ll not work for fake charging or heat battery drain very fast or once battery goes 0% and doesn't charge it's means some other ic also damaged replace 1401 and 1403 one by one and Chq 1000% work

Often times battery draining problem means U2 IC chip is failed to work properly.
You may want to use thermal camera or freezer to test it. Go ahead and spray freezer, let it cool down and connect AC voltage 4.2V on and you will see U2 highlights itself. And AC meter show about 0.22W. Also, while testing with camera U2 gets warmer and it highlights itself as it turns red in camera display. I hope it will help!
