Iphone 6 dead

Hi everyone!
I got an iPhone 6 and I connected him to the power supply and after a long press the button will turn on at 0.08 amps and up to 0.78 and sometimes to 1.01 amps and then fall to 0.10 amps.
No lighting No response from the device, not short and no missing components.
If you press the button briefly, the device will show a 0.10 amps in power supply and return back to 0.00 am after about ten seconds.

I would be happy to get some help from all of you
thanks.
