iPhone 6 goes in DFU after audio codec change

Hi guys
I have an iPhone 6 with earpiece issue. After i checked all components (earpiece, flex, connector and filter) and all were good, i thought it was the audio codec U0900 so i replaced it and now the phone doesn't start at all. when i plug it to the computer, it takes some time then enters DFU.
When I remove U0900 it starts up normally
tried 3 U0900 and all gave the same thing
Any idea ?

Check the pads on PCB maybe when you replace U900 solder balls are merging

thats what i thought but no, each time i remove it, the solder is perfectly aligned below the chip. also U0900 has large solder point matrix. the dots are farely far from each other and cannot merge easily
