You can change the Wifi Chip without the need to reprogram the Nand.

Unbind WiFi is necessary for all PciE Nand devices.

i replaced, but same. wifi mac address is missing bt is okay. have any schematic for the wifi power? i have vietmobile, but it's unuseless.

what history for ipad
mostly we replace ic after bypass icloud
there is two types of wifi ic in ipad air 2
celular model a1567 ic is wifi+modem
wifi model a1566 ic is wifi
you must replace with exact model
both are different number

because all of the connection in center is only ground so if you reball it also it will be more difficult to melt the solder which can kill the wifi ic,,there are a lot of ground connections in pins so sometime if you know how to look in phoneboard you will more understand
