Iphone 6 headphone mode only


i hi have an iphone 6 from *******r that was dropped in water ive cleaned it very well ultrasonic and all things but now phone is only in headphones mode , earpiece and mic not working in call because phone is always in headphone. anyone have solution for this ?

Have you checked pcb for short ? If you have no short then try to remove audio ic to check if the headphone mode is gone. If it is gone then you have to reball audio ic. Did you had any corrosion on pcb ?

I have the same issue with 5S and after cleaning he work fine.
I don't know where is the problem, but for exemple, maybe recleaning ?

How about 6s, stuck at headphone mode too. try replace lightning flex problem still exist... iphone 6s after water damage. thanks

first try to change charge port if no luck
check U1601 and its components.if no luck
change U0900
