iphone 6 no ringer sound


Hi guys

I have an iphone 6 with no ringing sound, earpiece and microphone works fine, also headphones are working, but no ringer at all
I have changed ringer and charging flex, but no luck, looked at connectors but they seem fine
any body have a solution for this?

it's to easy but there is an option for "do not disturb" so the phone don't ring
but i think you already checked that.

hello can anyone for me check in good motherboard what voltage you have at PP_L19_VBOOST (during ringtone ) i havn't good motherboard to check

you can mesure this on the C1648 near the J1817 no need to remove the entier board

hello same issue the earpiece and microphone works fine ok too call ok the dicatphone works too but when you change loudspeakers and the earspeaker the phone crash and reboot

i changed the U1601 from a donnor board same issue i checked all values around seems ok just the PP_L19_VBOOST only 5v on few mini second and back to the same voltage as VCC_MAIN
in the schematics it add to be at 8v
does anyone have worked on this issue

PP_L19_VBOOST aprox. 4V all the time /checked on few boards -don't know why 8V on vietnam_schematics)

can anyone know where corresponding rings when calling?
my symptoms on ip6:
- no rings when call incoming /just vibe.
- no silent sw.
- no dial tones

- voice & audio rec. - ok
- ring test on settings/ringtones - ok and hearable

any hint please,
