iPhone 6 no short no power

Have a water damaged iPhone 6 connected to external Power supply.

When powered on it draws 50ma but doesn't boot, iTunes doesn't detect it.

Any ideas? I have 4.25v vcc
CPU input voltage is .9v
Gpu voltage isn't there

What should I check?

First to check PMU IC output 11 way voltages:

PP_CPU 0.775V-1.0V
PP_VAR_SOC 0.9V-0.95V
PP_GPU 0.9V-0.95V
PP1V8_SDRAM 1.8V CPU
PP1V2_SDRAM 1.2V CPU
PP0V95_FIXED_SOC 0.95V CPU
PP1V8 1.8V CPU
PP1V2 1.2V
PP1V2_OSCAR 1.2V
PP1V8_OSCAR 1.8V
PP1V8_GRAPE 1.8V

if all working fine, to check CPU 11 way voltages:

PP3V3-USB覧A8 CPU
PP1V8_VA_L9_L67覧U0900、U1601
PP3V0_TRISTAR覧U1700 USB

No voltage at PP_Gpu and only draws 58ma and doesn't boot, iTunes doesn't detect. Could it be PMU?

check L1213 & L1214

if L1213, 1214 no fulty, remove them and check their resistances to GND

They read 0 ohms in circuit. Caps c1203 and c1227 read shorted in circuit. What do you think?

Removed L1213 and L1213 found short on CPU side. Removed CPU short gone.

How do you remove all the underfill glue to reball?
