They are zener diodes check voltage only flows one way diode mode on multimeter if voltage flows both ways replace component

I have to put tips of multimeter on both side of diod and check voltage flows??

confirm, exchanged both and no more problem with headset mode always on.
If you just remove them it will also work, but similar to iPhone 7... no audio socket
