Member: 1696994 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 24 | iPhone 6 plus audio random issue It had touch disease, reballed meson and all ok, after 1 week customer returned, no external sound but earspeaker and mic on, no volume buttons working, also no service. Reballed BB ic and received vodafone signal, audio too but then it went odd. If phone is been used then volume buttons and audio work, if screen off and woken up, no audio again for say 6 or so secs. Reballed large audio ic, replaced small audio ic, its very much the same although not every time, any thoughts |

Member: 396778 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 155 | check for short caps around the audio IC's. Also put some pressure on the cpu if its work. if it does then you have to reball the CPU. Also there is a link between u2 ic, Baseband IC and audio IC. |
