I have a 6 plus that had problems with the back camera, i replaced it and now its fine but the front camera and earpice stoped working!
Its not the front camera flex, i replaced it multiple times for new ones, i even repleced complete display with all the flex from a working 6 plus and no luck...
And mainboard becomes very hot after some minutes...

Change the front flex cable first!
Specially when the phone gets hot at the top.

If that didnt solve your problem, Then Check the RED marked points for your missing ear audio.

Check the YELLOW marked points for the front camera.
There are more points to check, but these points are easy to damage.
Jumper the filters or replace them if missing.

hi Everyone
I just changed broken lcd to oem Apple lcd. Then earpiece and front camera didn't work, so I changed flex cable. Earpiece now works but the front camera still don't work. so do you guys think checking yellow circles from hdccam reply and fl111x components from smangsm reply? I have a cheap $5 multimeter. how do I use this to check. I only know how use ohms meter function. pls help me step by step with multimeter. I took high school electronics and can repair components like fuses, resisters, capacitors, jumpers and broken traces with ohm meter. thank you all

Okay guys, so I googled fl1111, fl1112, etc. it says it's resisters at 120ohm. Is this correct? If I find a bad resister, where do I find the replacement? Please advise. Thanks in advance.
