Member: 1836029 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 9 | I have the same problem with iphone 6. Initially there was no backlight after slight water damage around LCD connectors. After cleanup and changing few corroded capacitors phone does not power on and its not detected by itunes. Similar issue like here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GHw1WX-CC_Y I have changed PMU ic (U1202) and Tristar ic (U1700) but no difference I have all voltages OK coming from PMU I have all voltages present on NAND ic (emmc) Next I have removed NAND ic and phone is now detected by Itunes. So I decided first to solder that NAND ic on different working iPhone 6 board and it was detected by iTunes with this NAND. Later I soldered it back to my faulty iPhone 6 and phone is back dead not detected by iTunes. If someone have any idea where is a problem please post it here maybe we can solve it together. I will be trying |

Member: 1836029 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 9 | Measurement done with no LCD connected for my not working iphone 6: 1. Battery connected phone switched off consumption is 0 - 0.4mA 2. After power button is pressed phone consumes about 30-40mA and stays at that level all the time. 3. When phone is connected to iTunes phone consumes about 8-10mA all the time even after I press power button. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -- - - - - -- - - - - -- - - - - - - -- - - - -- Measurement done for working iphone 6 with no LCD connected: Battery connected phone switched off consumption is 0 - 0.4mA After power button is pressed phone consumes about 80mA and after about 3-5sec goes to 0mA When phone is connected to iTunes phone consumes about 300mA at the beginning later jumps to 1000mA for 2-3 sec I can hear beep (it mean is detected in iTunes) and goes to 0mA |
