iphone 6 plus touch screen problem in detail


iphone 6 plus a little bend,touch screen sometimes work herself.
operations: rehot mesons and cumulus, touch work but lower touch screen zone bad tracing and not sensible,whit oem lcd assembly is same result.

reball black ic meson:touch work only after some minutes after power on phone and all touch screen lines works ok,phone off and wait some time,reboot and no touch again,whit oem lcd assemby same result.

reball black ic again and make jumper on m1 pin:touch not work at all,never,display images are ok but some very a little visible vertical stripes,
whit new oem display set nothing visible,all black!!!

removed crystal cumulus ic and meson...and i lost 2 pin under meson
pads say one is gnd and one is in net whit some other pin,but another pads scheme say me different,one not connected and one gnd.
i need help for solve pin and touch screen problem,thanks.
pins lost are in photo attached.

after change 2 touch screen ic brand new u2402-u2401,touch screen still not work.

yes jumpered m1 as can see in the 2nd photo,no success,touch screen don't work.

Do you have those voltages: 5.1v at C2402, 1.8v at C2415, 1.8v C2403 and 1.5v at 2432 and 2433?

This is not about broken M1 pad. When M1 pad is broke you see only grey bar on top.

This photo looks like you don't reach the proper temp to stick the chip on board.

maybe U2401 broken pins that goes to cpu. Remove U2401 and measure GND resistance D1 D2 D3 D9 E1 E4 F1
