I used 250 C for all iC's only 300 C to remove bb cpu, the sim card has been in the phone for the last 2 hours and the network still working good, i think the bb pmic that i used in first time was bad and caused a temporary short in bb cpu because when i turn the phone on bb pmic got really hot that's how i found out there is a short and when I checked i found out PP_LDO10 is shorted to GND so maybe bb pmic cause a temporary short in bb cpu or the PP_ LDO10 hopefully that's the case otherwise bb cpu can be defective and that won't be good

Yes i found it strange too but maybe the bb pmic i used in first time was faulty and caused a temporary short in bb cpu and when i removed bb pmic and bb cpu after a while the short gone ? now the phone still working and the network is ok but wifi still playing up but wifi is not a big deal could be the power ic needs reball or a broken line between power ic and wifi ic because i already replaced wifi ic.

Try to reball the wifi IC again make sure all the pads are connected correctly,

if the phone is dropped it can be some broken prints under bb cpu, they can be already broken and had a weak connection and when you heat the board they broke completely. i would try to reheat bb cpu and see if the imei came back

Check for short on these netnames:

- APT_VINPUT
- CTRL_VLB_BAND_SELECT_1
- CTRL_VLB_BAND_SELECT_2
- GSM_CAP
- PAC2_VDD_3V0_FILTER
- PP_LDO1
- PP_LDO9
- PP_LDO8
- PP_LDO11
- PP_LDO14_RFSW
- RFFE_VIO
- SCLK_FILT
- SDAT_FILT
- VCC_ASM_FILTERED
- VCC_DSM
- VDD_GPS_LNA_1P3V
- VDD_PRX_VCO_WFR_1P3V
- VDD_PRX_VCO_WFR_2V
- VDD_TX_VCO_2V
- VDD_TX_VCO_1P3V
- VIO_FILT
- VOUT_BOOST
- VPA_APT
- VPA_BATT
- VPA_ET
- VPA_ET_FILTER
- WFR_RTUNE

Check for these voltages

- C3801_RF = 2 V
- L3801_RF = 1.3 V
- C3819_RF = 1.8 V
- L3201_RF = 0.9 V
- L3202_RF = 2.075 V
- L3203_RF = 1.25 V
- L3204_RF = 0.95 V

If low or no voltage replace L4003_RF, L4001_RF, U_QPOET, U_PMIC_RF.

Let me know how it goes, There is more to be done if this does not help!
