Member: 2598526 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 52 | iPhone X middle layer question Trying to reball and stencil keeps bowing. If I use lower temp the solder never melts. I believe it’s due to the hollow space in the middle of the board and stencil. Anyone have experience with this? |
