iPhone X middle layer question

Is the solder used low melt at 138c or normal 183c leaded?

Trying to reball and stencil keeps bowing. If I use lower temp the solder never melts. I believe it’s due to the hollow space in the middle of the board and stencil.

Anyone have experience with this?

Have you figured it out? What temp paste are you using?
