Iphone 6 q1403 and u1401

Hello. I fixing a board with a water damage. Can someone explain me one thing. I had a bootloop on apple logo. I had only removed q1701, it was broken. Then I’m accidentally removed q1403 and u1401. U1401 was broken. I tried to start — still bootloop. Then I put q1403 back, but accidentally put it 90% counterclockwise and... my motherboard started. WTF? Then I put it with right position — bootloop again. Put it 90% back — works fine (but sometimes restarting). What the problem? Why it’s not working at the right position but works at wrong position?
Can phone randomly restarts because of q1701 and u1401?

Post photo to see the rotation of Q1403.

You can just jump Q1403, no need to place on board.
