I have just reball the nand, but nothing changes. Now it won't turn on at all

Then you probably overheat cpu and balls under it exploded . Check short on pp1v8_sdram and if its then reball cpu .

Too much heat on the nand has melted balls under cpu on the other side now it's shorted to ground that's why it becomes hot. You should reball the cpu but that's a though job.

Ok, from what I can see you're missing two pins. Starting to count from the right, from the bottom you have pin number 6 on the fourth vertical row and number 11 on the third row.

If you are able to see a small trace near the pins with the microscope you can try to make a small jumper. Not an easy job.

It seems too difficult.. is there any way to read internal memory? Such as memory in Touch ID? Even baseband

How is it possible? They are normal memory, miso mosi, or i2c or spi
