Member: 2520494 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 2 | Too much heat on the nand has melted balls under cpu on the other side now it's shorted to ground that's why it becomes hot. You should reball the cpu but that's a though job. |

Member: 2520494 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 2 | Ok, from what I can see you're missing two pins. Starting to count from the right, from the bottom you have pin number 6 on the fourth vertical row and number 11 on the third row. |
