I reballed and jumped 2 pins the BB CPU, replaced: U_DSM_RF, U_WFR_RF.

no modem fw, and searching, what do you think?

Have you done long jumpers or short jumpers? If the traces are broken internally, short jumpers won't help.

if no modem firmware and u did bb reball well then ur problem is bb pmu
