Anybody know, which is that ic, than store the serial number on iphone 6?

Yes, I read. I can to do, if that ic remove, the imei address missing. I would like, how the device power on, but missing imei and serial. Can I do this anyway?

Without bb cpu device power on u can use it. tested on iphone 5 and 5s (iphone 6 not know). but there is no imei no sim. No restore

Yes, I tested iphone 6, working, no imei and power on. Just I would like to missed the serial, not just the imei.
But I think the serial write in memory, and the phone not power on without memory.

Without nand memory the phone goes in restore mode (error 4005 or 40) and if you have nand flasher you can replace the memory
