Ok, It seems the pmic is bad, and Q1403 needs replacing. Short on VCC MAIN.

that's happend when you peut pmic to close to the cumulus the VCC_MAIN is relied directly to the PP_GPU that's caus short on GPU so you have to change the GPU

in my case no it's not a board for repaire i have a few board for test they have no value for me so i can be less carrfule

in this case if you have short on PP_GPU or PP_CPU or PP_VARSOC you have to remove all on those lines capacitor resistor ,etc
and let only the CPU if the short is not gone that meens it's under the CPU you can use two methode i never succed on those cause i m not finished yet

remove the undefil around the CPU ( 290° C air flow 70 1,5 cm) and remove the first layer of the CPU (SDRAM) (325°c same aire flow 1cm )
remove again the underfil wich is still on the second part of the CPU (still welleded on the board ) same heat values
and gentelly remove the CPU (be carrfull of not damages pads)

then clean all underfill check for all if they are not short
clean CPU both side and SDRAM ..
reball the CPU and the SDRAM and put them back in place (i repeat i never dont this part ).. i'm not an expert i do that only as hobby .

if it's you board go it's good way to practice if not don't !!
i you have damaged a custumer board friend the honnesty is to by him an other one !!
