Well, try scraping the insulation with a sharp blade around the pin, with very low heat/airflow... there's a via underneath, you can make a jumper wire to it, make sure not to dig too deep, or you will short it to ground... it's doable, without having to remove PMIC or CPU.

This is 1st and 2nd layer of board. If you are lucky you can scrap the point to find the line on 2nd layer.

Yes i have done scrap by twezer
But without heating
