Hello

Check for short capacitors near the NAND. (for example: C0634)

Impressive Pallle, why did you feel it was the C0634, I mean what was the thinking process?

Thank you.

Hello

Because the PMIC was very hot after press the power button, the short is not in PP_VCC_MAIN or PP_BATT_VCC and the device not turn on, then the problem around the processor or NAND.
I found the C0634 problem previously and repaired with this issue 3-4 iphone6.

Curious why you decided has to be either processor or nand? Couldn't it have been any other chip/area that the pmic provides power to that's being shorted to ground?
