Member: 2777379 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 34 | iPhone 6 Wifi Module I thought I mustve been doing something wrong seeing the outcome, I tried checking the grounds on the IC chip and they were all good, nothing on the IC is shorted, I try keeping my temp under 315c when reballing is this too much?? I even got 3D stencils and my reballs are on point, all the exact same size, so what could I be missing here? I'm at lost for words. |
