iPhone 6S - 2sec touch lag/freeze after power button pressed

Phone works fine but when I try to unlock it by pressing power button or home button touch freezes for about 1-2sec. Phone has original LCD and is on IOS 10.3.3.

Also if I have screen lock disabled and I don't touch LCD for about a minute and later I try to swipe, screen won't react is frozen for 1-2sec.

When I disconnect 3D touch/home button connector from logic board
touch screen works perfect it's NOT unresponsive.

When the 3D touch connector is plugged in but home button disconnected
(bottom socket on LCD) issue still exists touch screen is not working properly (lag).

So I though that maybe there is some issue with 3D touch itself.
Then I tried 2 other brand new 3D touch-es and it's the same. Problem still
exists. As I mentioned before it's genuine iPhone 6S LCD

It's NOT a problem with motherboard as other 2 screens that I tested work perfectly
good with this logic board.

It looks like there is maybe some problem with communication between 3D touch and LCD module.

Did anybody have similar issue and can help?

Have same problem with a 6s with a aftermarket screen and touch-id enabled. If you disable touch-id in setting the problem is gone in my case.
If you have the same and freezes are gone when disabled you probably have a aftermarket screen.
