iPhone 6S charging problem voltage drop

Has anyone come across this problem. I have been seeing this problem on about 20% of ip6s phones that come in with a charging issue. So far i havnt been able to resolve the problem. I have changed every part on the charging circuit but still get this problem. At the battery output I get 3.7 volt then it drops to zero then back up again instead of a steady charge

I removed the Audio IC and then checked the voltage but it's still the same so no Audio IC issue confirmed.

Problem on ''Main Logic Board'' charging voltage are not stable they are fluctuating in between 1v to 3v

Replaced 3, U2
Reballed Audio IC
Replaced Tigris U2300
Replaced charging Flex

But issue is not solving......

there is not l2300 in iphone 6s
if you meant u2300 or Q2300. BEFORE REPLACING YOU NEED TO CHECK IF THEY ARE GONE OFF OR NOT. CHECK THE FOLLOWING COMPONENTS VOLTAGES
C4503=5.1V IF GOOD THAN
CHECK TRISTAR C4502=1.8V & C4502 3.0V REMEMBER YOU WILL SEE THE VOLTAGE DROPS BECAUSE OF THE PROBLEM SOMEWHERE. BUT MAKE SURE YOU GET THE VOLTAGE BEFORE DROPING. IF IT GIVES THE REQUIRE VOLTAGE AND DROPS IT MEAN TRISTAR IS GOOD. FAULT IS ELSEWHERE. BUT IF IT WONT GIVE VOLTAGE AT ALL THAN CHANGE TRISTAR U4500

IF TRISTAR IS GOOD CHECK PMIC VOLTAGE
C1240=1.1V 220 RESISTANCE
C1271=0.8V 240R
TP1100=0.6V 015
TP1120= 007R
C2132=1.8V 200R
C1200=0.9V 050R
C2114=1.2V 290R
C1150= 0.7V 110R
IF VOLTAGE ARE GOOD BUT DROPING THAN TELL ME. BUT IF VOLTAGE NOT GOOD AT ALL THAN PMIC IS NOT GOOD

Anyone had luck with this?

I have checked all these voltages and everything is fine, voltages are there but they are dropping and come back.
The only difference is that on TP1100 I have 0.9V and on C1150 I have good voltage but resistance is 050 in diode mode. I have changed the capacitor but it is the same.

iPhone is pulling around 0.4A when plugged to a charger and then drops to 0, then again comes to 0.4A and loops.

What else to check?

BTW, I can't find C1271 on iPhone 6S.
