iPhone 6s no image PN5V7 O/L

Got an iphone 6s here with no image, was originally no backlight I fixed the backlight then put in ultrasonic and now it has no image.

PN5V7 is O/L. Connector has continuity to the capacitors on the back by the image IC.

Image IC at fault would that cause O/L?
