I replaced u2 chip 2 months ago suddenly phone won't charge anyway

Then replaced u2 chip again no luck there's no 5 volt reaching to u2 IC what's matter

Hello

If 5V missing, remove Q4500 and make jumper pin2 to pin3.

Again re soldered U4500 check all pin, then replace Q4500, check for a short C4503, R4500.
