Before you start taking out ics try to check if your camera lines have a short

Camera main vcc powerline for both cameras is on filter/fuse FL3202 on both iPhone 6s and 6s plus.

Check before jumper FL3202 if there is no shortcut on the power line as Smokey Eye is sugesting as well
