With a full charged battery, it might show any hot area on board

What do you mean by full short ? the battery terminals power and ground are shorted or a or just one rail, remove sheilding, and look between the caps for tiny solder balls, remove them it's common for them to bounce from the sheilding ground pads, causing a short you might see and actual burned cap aswell which will be your fault.

First to check bat+ and C3732(VCC_MAN), if all short.

remove Q2300 and check again, if ok jumbing Q2300.

What did you do exactly to determine it had a full short? Can you provide schematic with highlight of test points?
