Question iPhone 6s Plus Not charging 0 volt [HELP]

I tried with new U2 (6s), then charging flex also but still the same ZERO volt on battery connector.

Phone is coming on with charged battery and also connecting with PC.

How to solve it

Okay, I replaced that Q4500 from different motherboard and checked the voltage on C4503, 5V volt is coming on that.

Now what's that ''TIGRIS'' ?
