iphone 6s restarts in sleep mode - GSM-Forum

Iphone 6s restarts in sleep mode .Working fine if using any of the apps and if kept idle it restarts.it even works fine when connected to 3utools,i Tried to restore with itunes it gives error 9..replaced battery,replaced U2 ic,replaced battery connector.

What may be the issue ,is it hard disk issue or CPU or tigris.

I was done it from u2 ic

I replaced U2 ic already. Seems to be problem with lcd ic,bcoz when the screen is working it doesn't restart.Will give it a try today.May be i am wrong.

UPDATE:replaced lcd ic also but no changes.

Update: solved my problem,culprit was hard disk
