I don't understand you...
If you point the tester on A/B pin of Q2300 and to ground you will find a short?
If A/B of Q2300 is shorted to ground, you have a short on PP_VCC_MAIN....

Usually solved removing and replacing C5283 / C5284 RF

do you inject 1v on pp_vcc_main with a power supply?
you have a short on this supply, you need to remove the component make this short.

pins A and B short to ground,
Pins A and B of Q2300 are connected to PP_VCC_MAIN, so you have to search a short on that line...

You got two ways:

1) Using Phoneboard or a schematic, you can find and remove all caps in PP_VCC_MAIN untill you will find the problem....hoping that the problem is a cap....

2) You can inject 1v on battery connector or in PP_VCC_MAIN line with a current of 0.6/0.8A and check what's the component that become hot ( @Raainxx )...if it's a capacitor, then u can remove it or replace it...
