The phone is not blacklisted. I could activate it at the end. but still doesn't detect the sim card correctly.
when i put a sim card in, i have to restart the phone to detect it. when i remove the sim card, it sometimes keep saying no service

Baseband problem. Take it off, reball it and solder back on board.

It maybe SIM card detect problem. Check the SIM card reader. It wrong if not contact the SIM card detect switch to logic board. You can to check the hole on sim shield. Sorry my English
