You can ReiBoot. It is a very powerful tool that forces reboot your iPhone without losing data. |
one question i want to ask that you said that the technician unpluged the battery for 10 mins. did he unplugged the battery in front of you or not. if yes than try to change the battery if no then he might have changed your battery. in both cases you just try to replace the battery. that might helpful to you. reply if you find it useful. |
~Check battery connector ~Try and change battery ~CHECK FOR CIRCUIT SHORT ~Service & Rehot PCB |
You really should take your iPhone 7 to Apple Store or other authorized service center. It must be a hardware problem. |
100% hardware may be inner sim slot sort ground any pin |
This is Main Board Issue. Yeah this is little problem iPhone 7 randomly restarting It's Sounds like a hardware problem with your main iphone7 board. This is the most common cause of unexpected restarts. You must get a genius bar appointment at your nearest apple store and tell them your issue. They will most probably replace your phone. If you don't have a local Apple store number, contact AppleCare (800) 275-2273 and describe the issue to them. It's within the realm of possibility that it's software related, but it's rare for software issues to cause this. If you want to rule that out, perform a restore and set it up as new, then monitor for continued problems. |
%100 hardware problem may be power ic... |
