Dont make that stupid jumper
There you have a voltage regulator.
Just reball/replace the regulator
Of course, only if is bad. You can measure the output voltage.

...if is iphone water smashed then is missing PP_VDD_BOOST.
Make this jumper...if is it possible , then leave regulator
