iPhone 7 loosing vibration on phone and on home button after call

Hi guys,
I have this weird issue on iPhone 7, start with some history, phone is clean no liquid no previous repairs.
Everything works fine until incoming call, then we miss vibration on home button and phone vibration, only after couple of restarts its back to normal until incoming call is made.
1. I have restored the phone
2. tested the motherboard on a known good body with good parts
3. replaced audio IC
my next guess will be U3601 but Im only guessing mostly because I'm not sure how to find main vibration power on the schematic.
I will appreciate any guidance on this issue.

Did you manage to solve the problem? I have a similar issue, except this phone was liquid damaged, no backlight, replaced the backlight ic (u3701) and everything was working fine, however after some time I noticed the vibration would not work, on the phone or the home button feedback, switch off the phone and leave for a few minutes and the vibrate starts working.

Going through the forums, It has been suggested this may be related to the backlight ic, so following this I replaced a working ic from an iCloud phone, still same result, works for a few minutes then stops. I have also read suggestions of replacing u3602 and u3601, but looking at that side of the board there is no visible liquid damage, most of the damage is at the bottom, till the backlight ic.

Any suggestions would be helpful. Thank you for your time and help.
