Member: 1388158 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 30 | From the last ten fixes, I have the experience that there is no need to change or rebaling audio ic, just re hot with a good flux paste. Temperature 405 Air 19. Station Quick, flux Kaisi625A Lead-free Solder Paste Flux. |

Member: 1388158 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 30 | The first one I repair this procedure about November 2018 and not one complaint. Total repaired as 20pcs iP7. Beware, of if the iPhone cannot be started after this fix, you need to reball audio ic. When water damage iPhone, the IC is exchanged. |
