iPhone 7 no sim after nand change

hi all,
i had to replace a NAND on iPhone 7 32G, and on my way, i wanted to increase capacity from 32 to 128G as i had a 128G nand laying down in my stock, along with its home button. I though it would be a great idea if i do it, and fix the home button issue, as it was not working.
After restore, the phone is not recognizing any sim card
do you happen to have an idea on this issue ?
I am afraid the BaseBand CPU solder is damaged as it is on the opposite side

thank you all

You cant use nand from another phone without programing it. And home key from another phone wont work either.

i copied the original SN/WIFI/BT MAC from the original NAND of course but it doesn't seem to work that way. it used to work on iPhone 6
Ok, let's forget about the Touch ID, do you know what might be wrong with the SIM ?

If no imie on your phone or baseband firmware, means you heat up TOO MUCH AND now phone is done, good luck

Didn't they change it in iOS 11 so that serial number had to match? Doesn't the SN have to change with the NAND size - I thought this meant you can't change NAND size anymore...
