This is not gonna be detected while loading. Put it on dfu mode, pressing power + vol - for 10 seconds, then release power while hold volumen button. And this will be detected. Then perform a restoration and that’s it

Okay. But how do you know that iPhone succeeds enter DFU mode?

I’ve seen that problem many times on older models (6/6s)

Try disconnecting all flexible peripherals (camera/receiver/front camera/etc) just connect charged battery or power supply test cable (better) screen and charging flex and plug it to PC

If you get same result then it is main board problem and in older models as I wrote before This failure it’s usually due to USB/charging/data TRISTAR IC (also known on 5s as U2. IPhone 6 U1700)

Take a look at IPhone 7 schematic a search for TRISTAR to locate it. I think it is somewhere near the NAND flash memory. Peel of the sticker on top of that section and look for shorted capacitors surrounding tristar IC. If you find no one. Then next step is changing IC. I would recommend you use a new one. You can find new charging IC on AliExpress.. IPhone 7 TRISTAR nomenclature is 610A3B

I have had many cases in which once you change IC there’s no need to even restore software in iTunes

I hope this gives you some light to solve your problem

Best Regards
