Iphone 7 Plus dead help


Have iPhone 7 plus won't run on or go into dfu mode. I put 3.8v with power supply and if I press power button I get 0.4a but it won't charge no volts going into iphone with charger no display on screen whatsoever

Have found a cap missing but I can't find one to replace it as don't have another iPhone 7 or 7 plus logic board Its a C2708 4UF,20%,6.3v,CER-X5R 0201 THIS IS INFO FROM ZXW

Is there any way I can fix this as the pads are missing on cap C2708-2 one pad to ground other to PP_ACC_VAR both missing as well as cap
