Hi
Just want to share something I came across. Had an iPhone 8 with backlight not working at all. Not just some parts being dark. So I checked all three fuses which you are pointing in your picture and all three was fine. Then I had another look and noticed that a IC close by was damaged. It was pressed and had a corner missing. So I replaced it and backlight was working again :)

If your iPhone backlight is not working, it can be caused by either software glitches or hardware issue. You need first to troubleshooting it. If it's a software problem, just use a professional iOS system recovery tool to fix it without data loss; otherwise, it is advisable to head for the Apple Store to resolve the hardware issue rather than replace it by yourself since fixing the iPhone backlight is extremely sophisticated.
