Hi
Just want to share something I came across. Had an iPhone 8 with backlight not working at all. Not just some parts being dark. So I checked all three fuses which you are pointing in your picture and all three was fine. Then I had another look and noticed that a IC close by was damaged. It was pressed and had a corner missing. So I replaced it and backlight was working again

If your iPhone backlight is not working, it can be caused by either software glitches or hardware issue. You need first to troubleshooting it. If it's a software problem, just use a professional iOS system recovery tool to fix it without data loss; otherwise, it is advisable to head for the Apple Store to resolve the hardware issue rather than replace it by yourself since fixing the iPhone backlight is extremely sophisticated.
