iPhone 8 plus 1% battery after LCD replacement

Hi,
I have the iPhone 8 Plus after the lcd replacement but unfortunately the phone shows 1% battery - but it doesn't turn off or signalize low battery - it means the battery is still charged enough.

Have you ever seen similar issue? do you know how to solve it?

thank you

Hi, checked q3200 and q3201 - there is a PN junction between pins according to schematics so I guess the could be ok.

XW3370 - I don't really know which part it is...

I need to solve it, phone is not also charging so customer cannot use it...
