iPhone 8 Plus VDD Main short


I have dead short on VDD Main.

C5690 Getting hot. Applied 5V on the VDD line, Draws 2.5A. I remove C5690, The pads still get hot and short is still there. Help

Is capacitor itself shorted? If not, maybe there is a short between layers of the PCB, or something gets hot on the other side of the board on that line.

Capacitor is short. Pads on C5690 is short even after i remove cap. Nothing is hot on the other side
