I GOT IT FIXED MYSELF FROM TRYING TO SOLDER DIFFERENT POINTS UNTILL I GOT FULL SIGNAL .

Better post a photo.
1 check Vbat Fuse "green or blue color" near of gsm switch if open solder a wire.
2 check between vbat&gnd if not short if short folow "3".
3 to find what is short put a charged battery find if something is heating!
Post result.

I don't know how it looks inside an Ipad but i think
it have connectors check if they are soldered,clean
and no water oxidation.

Hey guys, I'm new here. I work as a phone tech at a smartphone repair shop here in Memphis, TN. I am very competent in what I do everyday on these phones, but this particular iPhone 4 stumped me. Came in for water damage, cleaned motherboard and all components of corrosion and dried out. Finally after getting it to restore, the iPhone is saying "No Service" in the top left corner. . . When there isn't a sim card inside it, and no response to putting one in. I'm sure you all may know, but it should be saying "No Sim" rather than "No Service." I can't get past the iTunes activation screen because of this issue. Does anyone have any idea of what may have gone out on the motherboard?

Try to replace PA,antina switch check antina connector.
