Hi everyone,

I have iphone 5 which was working grand but one night i was playing with it battery was 100 % charge , then i went to bed.When i wake up phone was dead I thought that battery is gone.But i when i replace for new one, problem was still the same.Phone will not come on when i pressed power button.The only thing what is going on now is apple logo showing up when i connect it to charger.And restarting after few secs.When ill plug in lead into it and disconnect it from the phone i can see phone is losing power straight a way.It means it can't even stay one on battery power.Looks like is not taking power from battery at all.I want ask U guys do U have any suggestions for me ?
I must say that phone was little bit water damage but i did check this main board under microscope and there was no sing of water at all except red water stickers.

Hello.
Phone is dead and there's no power in the battery socket when phone is connected to the charger, but the phone works OK when I supply external 3,7V directly in the battery socket (with battery detached) so I suppose the only fault is the charging section and phoner is dead because battery is completely discharged. The 5V PP5V0_USB_PROTECT is present over the Q3 mosfet and L3-L4 coils are OK, so fault is in other section. Where the VBAT is blocking?

when i charge it, the battery percentage did not update the status of the battery...and sometimes it restart itself...

but if i dont touch the phone for a while..it keep restart and at one time, the phone will not restart, and i can use it normally, but the battery indicator still stuck...
