I have some iphones with same problem (iphone incorrect wifi password issue).
any information about this problem???

Try to start we a restart for your fine and the modem

Wow . Which iPhone model??? Your problem is in wifi chip, so reflow it, if working then we can confirm it is wifi chip, after that reballed or replace
