iPhone SE water damage

Working on an iphone SE with water damage.

I already replace several caps and resistors, waiting for tristar and tigris.

At this time with power supply is fluctuating between 0.016 0.018 when not powered up and after power button it is 0.140 0.090 0.021

Replaced C5220_RF, C5202_RF,C5221_RF and C5222_RF and a short in VCC_Main is gone.

Replaced R4607_RF and a short in PP_BATT_VCC is gone.

R4100_RF was corroded, but not able to solder a new one since I don't have the part yet. It looks like it is for VCC_Main to the Broadband ICs
Is this part the one causing the board not to boot?

waitting for tristar since I don't have a A3 version, I tested several tristar related lines and no shorts, but I'll change this part anyway.

There are also several IC that might have water damage under and might not be making a good contact.

Haa! and if I connect the screen it is blank.

According to my friend he said the phone was working after falling into the pool and die later (he didn't turn it off )

I'll post some pics.

So Need some advice on what might be happening now.

Not charging

I already check FL2400 & C2400 no shorts there and filter + cap look fine visually

Anybody has diode mode numbers for these lines? I'm getting 760

Alright, the phone is charging now and all I did was to clean J4600 real good of flux.

iPhone still not detected by iTunes or 3utools

iphone in device manager is listed as "Unknown USB Device" (Device Descriptor Request Failed)

Waiting for usb flex connector, after all test it might be the flex that got water damaged too.
Getting unknown device when connecting to computer.

Changed tristar and tested lines and visually inspected pad (No shorts or corrosion well tristar is well embedded in black under fill)

Also changed QDC DCDC and found lots of corrosion there, it looks like it was not stopping from booting but it was interfering with battery charge.

QDC DCDC

Okey, I know this is a water damaged phone and trying to recover data from it, I want to work on plan B in case I can't get USB data working then I'll try to move data using Wifi, but wifi is not working.
Already replaced wifi IC in case it was shorted out since the caps near the camera connector on the other side of the board are for wifi IC from vcc_main and that didn't fix wifi so something else got short along the lines to wifi, but can't find it... ANY IDEAS?

Anybody knows a good source for iphone charge flex cable?

ordered a set and after a week waitting it doesn't work, the phone doesn't get detected at all with the new flex, at less with the original I get a unknown device when connected to the PC and I get the same if I connect a known working iphone SE.

Finally second flex connector arrived and worked as expected

Was able to pull data and more than 16k in pictures, videos and contacts

I feel so good since this is my first water damaged data recovery job gone well.

Hope this blog help others.

Don't know how to change the title to "SOLVED" like others do, so if somebody knows tell me.

BTW: when I was searching for the USB unknown device in google and utube since nobody here offered any help, I came across several people directing to bad CPU and one video actually shows someone reballing CPU and the error DID NOT get fixed.

So once again, DO NOT touch that CPU, remember LEAD FREE is used (430c melting point) and there is also BLACK UNDERFILL so CPU shorting out due to solder bleeding is rare (other than you are careless blast CPU without heat sink), perhaps a clacked solder ball not making a good contact it will be a reason to reflow or reball CPU.

Flex cable readings.
In RED are the good readings and in BLUE are the bad readings from water damaged flex.
