Member: 2001933 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 2 | iphone tested solution here by mahbubalfa Friend maybe this is little of topic but has a connection with this work. Because I’m new in this, yesterday I recived my BGA station 858D+. I have damaged 5s mainboard for practicing. I take out nand carefully without any damage but I’m not sure what’s the best temperature for taking out the chips. I put 280C with 3.8 air flow but I want to know what’s the best for chips: how many minutes for taking out the chip and with how much celsius and air to do that and also for putting them back with how much temperature and air, time... Tnx Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
