IPHONE4 no imei and dont have 1.1V on FL2_RF plz help - GSM-Forum

hello i got and iphone 4 it is in serching condition and dont have imei bt and wifi
i cheaked som voltage i saw there is no voltag on FL2_RF that must be 1.1v
now dont know from where i can get this V tanx

Replace pm ic if not done reball bb chip.
