Friend, I replaced U3 from another IP5 and from U11_RF 3gs but still the same issue that means U3 doesn't cause it. Also removed C314 and DZ1 on power button way, no luck. Looks like easy solution but...

If the phone was working try other flex , if not working , check for tracks if they are ok .

hello my friends i have the same problem with a phone of a cliend, i can see that q3 is missing so do we have any jumpering solution yet ???

No Jumper solution for q3. try to replace from old board. but very hard job
